Our 7 v 7 Lacrosse format is designed to make the game faster and more dynamic. Here are the key points:

Team Size: Each team has 7 players on the field, including the goalie.

Field Size: The field is smaller, measuring 80 by 40 yards.

Game Duration: Matches consist of four 8-minute quarters with a 5 minute halftime

2 Long Sticks: There are two long-poles on the defensive side of the field they may cross the midline IF a Short-Stick remains on-sides.

Limited Faceoffs: Faceoffs occur only at the start of each quarter. Following a goal, the goalie will immediately begin play by outletting the ball to a player.

This format aims to blend elements from both field and box lacrosse, making it more accessible and exciting for our players. It is also a close reflection of the format used for the 2028 Olympics.
